Web Site Returns and Exchanges
Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not satisfied with your merchandise, we will gladly return or exchange any NONSALE items EXCLUDING lingerie, accessories, handbags, and sale items within 14 days of receipt of order. All returns must be in new condition and must have all original tags attached and be unworn, unwashed and unaltered. New and unworn means that there are no marks on the item or any wear on the tags. Shoes must be returned in their undamaged, original box. Any damage to the original packaging may result in a 10% restocking fee to be deducted from return total. All sale items, lingerie, handbags, and accessories sales are final. The purchase of pre-order and promotional discount items are final sale. No exceptions. Thank you for your understanding. This policy is enforced for Web site purchases only. To return your goods, please e-mail us within 7 days of receipt of order to firstname.lastname@example.org with your reason for return and we will issue you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. This number must be written on your return invoice in order to be credited properly. Remember your return must be received within 14 days of receipt of your original order or your return will not be accepted. All properly returned products will be credited as either a Web store credit or a refund to the original purchaser's credit card excluding shipping costs.

We do not sell used items and will not accept any item with any indication that it was used. shopjinny.com reserves the right to refuse a return if it does not meet our return specifications. In such cases, the item will be returned to the purchaser with return shipping charges billed to the purchaser. If the unauthorized return package is refused by purchaser, jinny will assume the item as abandoned.
If merchandise is received damaged, you must let us know via telephone or e-mail within 3 days of receipt of order by calling 925.476.5857 or by writing email@example.com.
Exchanges will ship free of charge provided the exchange item(s) is in stock. You will receive an e-mail confirmation of your request to exchange your item(s) and its availability within 48 hours after receipt of your return.
Merchandise exchanged or purchased using Web site store credits may be not be returned or exchanged. Once a Web site store credit is used, all items are final sale.
Return shipments must be received within 14 days of receipt of order. Return shipping charges are nonrefundable. Please insure your package properly.

Store Returns and Exchanges
If you purchase an item at our store location, our store policies apply. We accept exchanges or returns for store credit only with receipt within 14 days of purchase for full price merchandise only. All items marked on sale, accessories, body care, lingerie, and handbags are final sale. No exceptions. A store credit is valid for use in the retail shop only and is valid for 1 year to the date of the store credit. Retail returns shipped to our Web site Returns Address are not accepted.
Orders received after 4:00 pm PST will be processed the next business day. Please allow up to 48 hours to process and ship your order pending payment approval. When your order ships, you will receive an e-mail update with a tracking number for your package.
In order for your online order to be fulfilled, please ensure the bill to and ship to address on your order matches the bill to and ship to address on file with your credit card company. The billing address must match the shipping address or the order will be cancelled immediately. We ship only to the bill to address on file with your credit card company. Alternate ship to arrangements may be made at time of order to 925.476.5857.
From time to time, due to popularity or demand for an item, we do sell out and in these instances, you will be notified via e-mail and your account adjusted accordingly.
If you have a special promotion code or a store credit code, please enter this code into the promotional code box during checkout.
We are unable to modify an order once it has been placed. If you wish to purchase additional items, you must place an additional order.
If you choose to refuse any shipments from shopjinny.com, you assume responsibility for the original shipping charges to you, as well as any duties, taxes, and/or customs charges that are incurred on the package for both the original and return shipments, and the cost of returning the package to shopjinny.com. This amount will be subtracted from your merchandise refund.
Price Match Guarantee
We are happy to price match a competing Web site’s offerings provided that we can find the exact same product, size and color at the time of request. Only one price match per item. Price matching is done solely at our discretion and will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Price match sales are final. Price matching requests against outlet and liquidation sale sites will not be considered. All requests may be made to firstname.lastname@example.org.

Here's How It Works:
There is no fee to join our loyalty program. You become automatically enrolled by simply making your first purchase in-store or online by stating “jinny loyalty” in the Notes field during order checkout. Each successive purchase will be added towards your accumulated total from the start of your first purchase. Please note that while sale items may be purchased using your jinny rewards dollars, items purchased on sale will not be calculated toward your total amount spent at jinny. Applicable tax and shipping charges will also not be added into your loyalty points.
For every $1 spent, 1 point will be credited to your account. Each $2,000 or 2,000 points accumulated will result in an automatic 2% reward amount which may be applied beginning with your following purchase or order. Once you reach $2,000 in qualifying purchases or for each 2,000 points you accumulate, your account will be reset and your points will start over. For example, spend $2,000 and get 2,000 points. You will receive $40 in jinny reward dollars for use in-store or online. Spend $6,000 and get 6,000 points. You will receive $120 in jinny reward dollars for use in-store or online.

How To Use Your Loyalty Rewards
At a jinny Boutique
Simply state that you are a jinny loyalty member and we will locate your account information. Begin accumulating your reward points right away! Once you reach $2,000 or 2,000 points in qualifying purchases, we’ll provide your awards for use via a store credit that may be redeemed for all non-sale merchandise. All rewards dollars expire 1 year from date of issue.
During checkout, please state “jinny loyalty” in the Notes field. Begin accumulating your reward points right away! Once you reach $2,000 or 2,000 points in qualifying purchases, we’ll send you an online code with your reward dollars to use online. All rewards dollars expire 1 year from date of issue.
There is no cost to join our loyalty program. However, your loyalty membership will be cancelled if you do not make any purchases in the span of 2 years. You may reactivate your loyalty membership at any time by simply stating your intention in-store or online during checkout.
Your Total Dollar Amount
The total dollar ($) amount spent at jinny (both at our boutique and online store), excluding sale purchases, tax and shipping, will be accumulated after each purchase to determine your points.
You can receive your loyalty rewards on all merchandise, excluding sale items, tax and shipping. However, you may purchase any sale item using your loyalty rewards.
We charge a sales tax of 7.5% to all orders shipped to an Ohio address and 9.0% to all orders shipped to a California address. We do not charge sales tax on orders being shipped to all other locations.

Our checkout process requires the CVV2 number as an additional precaution against fraud and identity theft. This numbers appears as a 3-digit code on the back of your Visa or MasterCard, after your card number or as a 4-digit code printed on the face of your American Express.
We use industry standard Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology to ensure the security of your online transactions. SSL encrypts your provided information as it travels over the Internet.
Due to overwhelming demand, we now ship internationally! All international orders must be shipped to the billing address, no exceptions. Orders may be delayed or cancelled due to security protocols including but not limited to the verification of: billing address, ip address, country, phone, BIN information, e-mail address, and proxy. We are not responsible for any taxes or duty fees imposed by your local customs office. Please note that there are no returns or exchanges on international orders.
As an international customer, you have two shipping options. Please read details carefully before selecting a carrier:
United States Postal Service (USPS) International Priority Mail
Once the package leaves our store, you should receive it between 7-10 business days, not including any time spent in customs in the U.S. or your country. Many countries will charge taxes or duty costs in order to release your package to you. Please contact your local customs office for more details. We are not responsible for any additional tax or duty costs imposed by your country. We will provide you with a tracking number for your package via e-mail as soon as it ships and your package will require a signature upon delivery. Please note, after USPS attempts delivery three times without success, the package will be treated as abandoned and neither you nor jinny will be able to retrieve the package. Also, the process for filing an insurance claim for lost or damaged packages is lengthy with USPS. We will not issue any refunds for lost or damaged packages until the insurance claim has been completed, resolved and closed by USPS.
Canada: $40 for the first item and $5 each additional item. All other countries: $50 for the first item and $5 each additional item.

Many countries will charge taxes or duty costs in order to release your package to you. Please contact your local customs office for more details. We are not responsible for any additional tax or duty costs imposed by your country. We will provide you with a tracking number for your package via e-mail as soon as it ships and your package will require a signature upon delivery. Please note, after UPS attempts delivery three times without success, the package will be treated as abandoned and neither you nor jinny will be able to retrieve the package. jinny is not responsible for lost or damaged packages once they leave our hands. We do not issue refunds on lost or damaged packages.
Canada: $60 for the first item and $5 each additional item. All other countries: $80 for the first item and $5 each additional item.
